User Agreement

Please read this User Agreement carefully before using the BlueRitt platform and services.

ReverCe Technologies Ltd, trading as BlueRitt ("we," "our," "us"), provides an AI-powered eCommerce platform offering tools and services for AI-led reverse product sourcing, product searching, trend tracking, profit analysis, data intelligence, reports, data analytics, and AI-driven insights for Personal and Business Subscription Plans and Enterprise Plans. By creating an account, subscribing, accessing our platform or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this User Agreement.

Definitions

  • "Platform" – The BlueRitt web application, browser extension, and mobile application.
  • "User" – Any individual or business entity accessing the platform.
  • "Subscription" – Paid recurring or prepaid plans providing access to BlueRitt tools, features, and services for Personal and Business use.
  • "Enterprise Plans" – Customised services and commercial arrangements provided to organisational and enterprise customers, including access to enhanced data intelligence, analytics, reporting, and other agreed capabilities where applicable.
  • "Third-Party Services" – External platforms integrated into BlueRitt.

Scope of Services

BlueRitt offers solutions and services for:

  • AI-Led Reverse Product Sourcing & Discovery: Identifying product opportunities through AI-powered reverse sourcing, product searching, market intelligence, and data-driven discovery processes.
  • Trend Tracking & Market Intelligence: Analysing market trends, consumer behaviour, social insights, and emerging opportunities through AI-powered intelligence and analytical data.
  • Profit Analysis & Optimisation: Providing profit calculation tools, margin analysis, pricing insights, and data-driven recommendations to support informed commercial decision-making.
  • Data Intelligence, Reports & Analytics: Delivering advanced data analysis, customised reports, performance insights, analytical intelligence, and AI-generated recommendations to support informed business decision-making, strategic planning, and business growth.
  • Operational Efficiency & Enterprise Solutions: Providing businesses and enterprise customers with customised reporting, advanced analytics, data intelligence, tailored platform capabilities, workflow optimisation, and operational efficiency solutions based on applicable service arrangements and business requirements.
  • Training and Consultancy Services: Providing additional training and consultancy services where applicable under Subscription Plans and Enterprise Plans.

Key Service Limitations

  • BlueRitt provides data, analytical insights, reports, recommendations, and AI-generated outputs for informational and business support purposes only and does not facilitate direct transactions between users, suppliers, or third-party platforms, nor does it guarantee commercial success, profitability, or specific business outcomes.
  • BlueRitt is not a payment gateway or financial service provider.
  • Users cannot conduct transactions directly with third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon or Alibaba) through BlueRitt.

User Eligibility and Account Management

Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years or older.
  • Services are accessible globally, but all legal matters are governed by UK law.

Account Management

  • Users must provide accurate registration details.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Account Sharing: One login per user is allowed; sharing accounts or using a single account for multiple users is prohibited.

Account Suspension and Termination

BlueRitt reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in cases of:

  • Breach of this agreement.
  • Use of banned keywords related to inappropriate content.
  • Misuse such as data scraping, reverse engineering, or exploiting the platform for unauthorized purposes.

Payment, Subscription, and Refund Policies

  • Payment Processor: Payments are securely processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment service providers.
  • Services are available through Subscription Plans (whether recurring or prepaid) for Personal and Business use and Enterprise Plans for organisational and enterprise customers, subject to applicable service arrangements and commercial terms.
  • Providing specialised training and consultancy support where applicable under Subscription Plans and Enterprise Plans.

Refund Policy

  • No Standard Refund Policy: BlueRitt does not provide a standard refund policy for Subscription Plans or Enterprise Plans.
  • Subscription Cancellation: Customers may cancel their Subscription Plans in accordance with the applicable cancellation process. Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges where applicable but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
  • Enterprise Arrangements: Enterprise customers shall be subject to applicable enterprise agreements, service arrangements, or mutually agreed commercial terms regarding service duration, billing, cancellation, and related commercial matters.
  • Exceptional Refund Requests: In exceptional circumstances only, customers may submit a refund request by emailing support@blueritt.com with the subject line "Refund Needed" and providing reasons and supporting details.
  • Review and Decision: All refund requests will be reviewed by ReverCe Technologies Ltd on a case-by-case basis. Approval or rejection of any refund request shall remain solely at the discretion of ReverCe Technologies Ltd.
  • Notification of Outcome: ReverCe Technologies Ltd will communicate the outcome of the refund review directly to the customer.
  • No Sensitive Payment Data Storage: BlueRitt does not store credit card details or sensitive payment information, except where users choose to save permitted payment details through PCI DSS-compliant payment service providers.

Acceptable Use Policy

Users must agree to:

  • Use the platform lawfully.
  • Refrain from attempting to scrape data, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform.
  • Not upload or search for banned content (e.g., adult content or abusive terms).

Data Collection and Privacy (UK GDPR & UK Data Protection Act Compliant)

Data Collected

  • Browser extension activity and search queries.
  • User inputs, saved product searches, and account data.
  • Subscription data for account management and billing.

Purpose of Collection

  • To provide the core services as described in this agreement.
  • To improve platform performance and offer personalized recommendations.

Lawful Basis for Processing

  • Contractual necessity for service delivery.
  • Legitimate interest for platform improvement.

Third-Party Data Sharing

  • BlueRitt utilizes third-party services and integrations to support data sourcing, analytics, product search, social media trend monitoring, AI functionalities, and payment handling. These integrations are facilitated through authorized native and third-party application programming interfaces (APIs). BlueRitt does not establish direct connectivity with the service providers but relies on these APIs to access necessary data and enhance platform functionality. Such third-party integrations may also support enterprise-level reporting, advanced analytics, data processing, business intelligence, and customised operational requirements where applicable.
  • While these services enable various platform functions, BlueRitt is not limited to these specific APIs and may integrate additional third-party services as needed to enhance functionality.

User Rights under UK GDPR

As a user, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: You can correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can request the deletion of your data under certain circumstances.
  • Right to Data Portability: You can request your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Right to Object: You can object to non-essential data processing.
  • Right to Restriction: You can request the limitation of data processing.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: All content, software, design elements, and trademarks on the platform are the exclusive property of ReverCe Technologies Ltd.
  • Trademarks:
    • BlueRitt is a UK-registered trademark owned by ReverCe Technologies Ltd.
    • Unauthorized use of BlueRitt's trademarks, logos, or proprietary tools is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

  • Liability Cap: BlueRitt's liability is limited to the subscription amount paid by the user.
  • No Warranties: BlueRitt provides data insights only and does not guarantee financial success.
  • No Financial Advice: The platform provides data insights only and does not constitute professional financial advice.

Third-Party Integrations and External Services

  • BlueRitt integrates with third-party services and application programming interfaces (APIs) to access data and provide enhanced platform functionality, including analytics, reporting, AI-driven insights, and enterprise-level capabilities where applicable.
  • However, BlueRitt reserves the right to opt for alternative third-party service providers in the future.
  • BlueRitt is not responsible for:
    • Third-party service disruptions.
    • Data inaccuracies arising from third-party data sources.

Data Security and Breach Notification (UK GDPR Compliant)

  • Security Measures: BlueRitt uses industry-standard encryption and PCI DSS-compliant payment processing via Stripe.
  • Data Breach Notification:
    • If a data breach occurs, BlueRitt will notify both affected users and the ICO within 72 hours where legally required.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: This User Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Dispute Resolution:
    • Disputes will be resolved in UK courts unless required otherwise by law.

Policy Changes and Notifications

We may update this User Agreement periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via:

  • Website Banner Notifications.
  • Email Alerts for registered users.
  • Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Policy Amendments: BlueRitt reserves the right to amend this User Agreement at any time.

Updates will be communicated by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and publishing the amended policy. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically to remain informed about how their personal information is protected.
